1. What is Wigsmaster?
Wigsmaster is a professional manufacturer located in Shenzhen China, specialized in hair products including toupee, wigs and hair extensions. We provide hair products to both wholesalers and retailers, no order limitation.
2. What type of order do you accept?
We do both custom orders and stock orders. And we also have a lot of stock toupee and wigs for immediate shipment.
3. Do you require any order minimum quantity?
No minimum order quantity is required. We understand that customers need to place test orders or sample orders first. One test order or sample order is acceptable. We have confidence on the quality of our products. We are looking forward to your trial orders, and would like to give special offer for your first trial order.
4. How to place order?
Email us to inform the order detailed requests, we will reply you and quote you our best price (factory direct price) to you then. If you confirm the price and then can email us the template(s) and hair sample(s) with order form together. You also can email the details about the order specifications if no need to send template(s) and hair sample(s). We will send you invoice and you can make payment. After payment, we will arrange your order into production and will inform you when the order finished and shipped.
5. What kind of payment method can you accept?
We can accept payment via bank wire transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram or Paypal.
6. How long is the production time?
Stock toupee and wigs are available for immediate shipment. Normal custom order need 6-8 weeks. Rush order need 5-6 weeks. Extra long hair or full cap wig order might need 1-2 more weeks.
7. What warranty can we get?
In 3 months after shipment, for any manufacture mistake or defect or any quality problem, we will remake or repair free of charge, or refund money back to you after receiving the returned unit, as per your requests.
8. What kind of shipping method do you use to ship the finished order?
We use international express like FedEx, DHL, UPS, delivered to your door. We will inform you the tracking number after shipment. Normally, the package would be delivered to you in 3-5 working days.
9. What should I do if I don’t like the hair after receive?
If it is stock units, you can simply return it. Please kindly make sure don’t cut or do any process on the hair unit. We will refund the money back to you after receiving the returned unit. If it is custom order, if it is our manufacture defect or mistake, you can return it to remake or repair or ask money back. If the order is made correct, but the order is ordered incorrect, sorry, we could not remake free of charge or refund free of charge. But we would like to adjust it to meet your requirement if possible, and only charge working cost
10. How to find what I want on your website?
You can check our catalogs on our site to find our products. But they are just some products showed. We can do much more than that. You can just email us when you could not find what you want. Our professional sales representative will reply you quickly.
